laptop problem... Empty laptop problem...

for what ever reason when I log onto WC with my laptop it acts as if I have created a brand new account; when I log on to my PC I have no problem.
This is what I see when I log on

laptop problem... Great_10

if anyone know how to fix this I would appreciate it -_-

I had to uninstall it and reinstall it like 10 times before I could get online to work :/
I would have removed this post but idk how lol
