How come when im on there is never a vamps ultra game? and im usually on 2-4 hrs everyday

You must just get on at times where everyone is usually busy. Usually when I'm on I see 2 - 3 games each time I look. I host Vamps Ultra (2.01.C) a lot or one of my friends do. You must just have bad timing.
