Clan Chieftain

Please do not get mad at this but for some time now I have seen some complaints about dragosta's responsibility s and not everyone is happy about this. I do not want to start an uprising here and I do respect authority but I wanted to see how other people on the site feel about this. As clan shaman I simply want to try and help our clan for the better so I am starting a poll to see how everyone feels. Please vote on what you think is fair you do not need to vote/comment and of course please everyone do not get mad.

altho Dragosta isnt on as often, he's been around with rotd for a very long time, i personaly think he should remain, its not easy running a clan =]

Id actually like to set it to where the shamans decide who makes chieftain and the grunts decide who make shaman.

That would be a nice feature

I tried it while i was chieftain and since i was the only one trying to make it work, it failed. But, yes it is a political approach and would work nicely in my opinion, just up to whoever is chieftain...

If grunts are deciding who's shaman, and shamans are deciding who's chieftain, what happens when the chieftain doesn't back down? Do you just run off and create another clan? "Hack" the person's account? Or simply just let him do as he wishes and act as a tyrant?

Designated > Chieftain > Shaman > Grunt > Peon

Maybe you could get a 25/8 bot up to be designated... forever...
But then that would leave you with all the power.
So the solution isn't really as simple as "power to the people", because this isn't real life where you can start a civil war.

And it's like sean said, "people like to complain", so I would strongly disagree to simply voting to power.

...Although, with that said, I think there's a solution

1 Account as Chieftain, all shamans know the password (it's like the Checks and Balances system), and this way (hopefully) the shamans will all have the self-concept to make the choice to follow, while at the same time leading.

On a side note, I'm kind of mutual towards who should be the leader of RotD; mostly because I'm not in it though , but I do believe whoever becomes/is the leader should know RotD's history, and s/he should be persistent and optimistic. Plus the leader should have good social skills, self-control, empathy, self-motivation, and on top of it all I believe the leader should have a good self-concept.

We should have a civil war. Your point however is valid.

You do bring up a very good point but i have to agree with zigafoo we should have a civil war. We do have a bot up that I am fair with and I cant really set any individual ranks for it that we can use that i wont keep the power

team 5: WKUK's followers
team 6: refferrees
team 7: the PRO!! "dawownz"

Should we start a new poll to see what team everyone is on? and I got my own team . One more thing votes have changed poll is now suggesting dragosta should step down lets wait till the end of the civil war though 3-remain in power 4-step down
