Problem with join to game Empty Problem with join to game

I cant join to game. When i click on game it seems that game is loading but i waiting few minutes and nothing happens. I try again and again but i cant join. My nick is ikamil1 and my friend nicolas18 which has the same problem. Are we have ban?

Edit:The Game lobby is working fine and i'll check if you're ban. Apperently you are not ban you can join and play Vamp Ultra.

Unless you have another account that has been banned, which when i ban 1 account it bans all accounts that you play on.
