Forum layout Suggestion

I noticed some issues about the site while i was surfing here around and think that should be changed to improve this site quality

1. The Affiliates Some of these sites are dead for ex. ClanEwn that should be updated which still "lives" or which does even have RotD as afiliates also should they be moved beyond the "active writer this week"

2. Active Writer I think that box is an nice idea but should be changed from Weekly to an Monthly

3. The Chatbox I would like to use the chatbox when im doing other things for ex. but its location at the ground of the main page is too "avoiding" it could be moved to the right side and too all pages (within a topic etc.)

Sidenote: I use an adblocker so i dont know if there is something at that location

Agreed I like the feature however it is currently not practical, also randomly it doesn't work if you are using a smart phone.
