2 questions ^^ (bad eng, i from rus)
1) How to use blockers of path in roc? What need to import from tft files?
2) How give coldown to items in roc?

Firstly, Vampirism Ultra does not use Pathing Blockers.

Secondly, You need to import ItemData.slk
