Fod Cap and Wooder cut amout

I have 2 Qustions.

1. How can I change the Food Cap in a RoC (w3m) Map to 300

2. How can I change the amount that Woodcutters cut

they can be found under the advanced drop down bar at the top of the world editor screen.

Next time you ask a question can you please try to put it under the right category (Warcraft III -> World Editor)

um nh i thinks that only works for tft

i believe that you can copy the MPQ and move it to a different map

if im wrong ask dragon because he does that for Ultra and ROTD changes just about everything

i can do that too

go to "advanced" then "Gamplay Constants" and there u can change what u want

I think that is only possible for "The frozen throne" Expansion pack editor, if he does edit them then I do believe it becomes a TFT only map, which is contrary to his goal of making a RoC map. Ran into that problem many times myself...Dragon should have an answer

To increase the Food Cap in RoC. Follow the Steps

STEP 1
You need a tool called WinMPQ. You can download WinMPQ by -> clicking here <-

STEP 2
Open up NotePad (not WordPad) and copy everything you see in the picture below. Dont mind the l line you see at the end. That is the mouse.

Change FoodCeiling to whatever you want your food max to be. I think it might only go to 300. I could be wrong. Then save the NotePad file as war3mapMisc and close it.

STEP 3 - (World Editor shouldn't have your map loaded for this step)
Open up WinMPQ, and choose Open. Choose your map. Once opened you should see a bunch of files for example
(attributes)
(listfile)
war3map.wct
war3map.wtg
war3map.j
Go to the Add and add the NotePad file we saved as war3mapMisc, Once that is added to your map. Close WinMPQ and go test it out.

Dragon knows too much about world editor and warcraft 3

Question is there a limit for how high it can go using this method?

well original vamp ultra is a tft map and its just converted into a RoC one

I always thought this was just in the unit properties, I could be wrong...Is it only gold?
Without having it in front of me it is hard to tell.

It's done on the TFT editor i know for sure.

well.. im actualy not sure since i installed TFT at the same time as RoC

yeah its TFT only daw you can tell because it will either say changing the in-game constants or go to scenario then map description and it will tell you

that takes effort to do..
