Starting LoL Team

Hello, 

     So, if any of you guys know me, I like to play League of Legends quite a bit, and well, I am creating a team which i can hopefully bring to diamond 1. This is insanely fucking difficult and need every man i can get. The team will consist of 20 people, this may seem a bit high of a number, yet, I am doing ranked 5s, 3s, and 2s. Most of the players will be either back up players, or they will be players that just switch out.
