Ban request

I'm requesting the banning of two players who were working together during a game.

The players are:
 - deok1462     (blue)
 - sevi69         (teal)

One was a mini (who got mega feed from his friend), he was clearly working with his friend and they were talking with each other trying to make me let him out so those two could play. 

The other one was a player, he was feeding the mini vamp loads, and he even used towers to kill my workers that were fixing the wall blue was breaking down after I trapped them in.

Both of them tried to vote kick me at one point.






Eventually they realised I was not going to let the mini out, teal tried to give him tp wards by building houses, but I had my hero on standby. 

Luckily it appears teal did not know about banishing, although I'm not sure if it works on minis or not.
