How do i get on to Battle.net?

I need help getting on Battle.net When i try to get on to S East it says i can not join it. I can get on any other Server but then i need to create a new account and i dont get my scores on my new account and the Battle.net website will not allow me to log in. I will take any help offerd. I just want to get playing online with everyone soon. Below is an image of the message i get when i try to get on. I cant even get to the log in screen so please help me.

Here are multiple reasons

Ip address is banned.
Your internet connection to east is messed up
IT IS NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE CD-KEY BANNED
Your modem is messed up.
Rapidly connecting and disconnecting to Battle.net
Creating or joining numerous games within a short time period
By the use of "add-on programs"
Chat channel abuse
Failed login attempts
In game latency caused by excessive spell effects
Spamming text in the chat channel (often associated with bots)
Repeated attempts to use an invalid CD-Key
Repeated use of third-party programs (hacks) – these include but are not limited to sending bad packets, flooding the server(s), and the use of hack programs

Restrictions of this nature can last from several days up to two weeks.

Here is a diagnostic tool for you to check on.
Download the Diagnostic Tool created by Win32, below:
(http://www.Lordaeron.org/BnetDiagTool.zip).

Extract the files and then execute the program inside.

First, type in "resolve *realm.battle.net" without the quotation marks. If you get many ip's, then that works.

The second test is to type this:
"connect *realm.battle.net" without the quotation marks.

Now, post the contents of Log.txt in a reply to this thread so it can be reviewed.

*: Change this with your realm. For example, useast.battle.net.

it says the link you gave me is not valid. So ill try waiting and ill see if that works. i wish it only did that on roc but it does that on tft because its the same server. Crying or Very sad

You better be right that if i am banned from it it only lasts for up to 2 weeks. If it is ill try again then

No idea, you could always go to Blizzard's site and inquire about why you were banned and how long it will last. So my question to you is... What did you do to get banned? Do you know?

i dont know what i did to get banned. i might not be able to inguire how long if i need to sign in becuase i have never been able to log in for some reason. BATTLE.NET HATES ME Sad
