ik what u mean gem sempai. trollers these days are getting more sophisticated then ever. (downloading vids  to slow the loading screen and causing everyone to have anxiety issues and stuff to outing peoples bases) it happened to me as well. I complained about this earlier but i dont think anything happened to me because i didnt claim that base, but the same is here too. just in the future claim the bases u really need and if u want to build a legit base release and claim it

This Raymont person has also done the same to me, as far as I know apparently we have to claim our bases so others can't out us but there also should be a fucking moral standard to where people can actually communicate and ask the person to leave after gold is given?

I've had Raymont do this to me to a base he didn't use and until 6 mins I had no wood because he out'd me only when I used all my wood for buildings meanwhile he was basing in another base even after outing me?

I mean if that's allowed, I'd be more than happy to go around at the start outing everyone who hasn't claimed their base to get the point across here but I don't want to kill this community nor do I intend to be a natural cunt to everyone like Ray. Psy has warned Raymont once or multiple times now I believe already and from what I seen his response was "!ignore psy".

There will always be this issue. You risk everything when you double base, and trolls will always be around. If you'd like to double base you should claim first because you have no idea what the other person is like or what he'll do unless you know or have played with him previously. As far as outing, I find it hard to punish because who's to say he didn't wanna base alone? That is was the -out is for, to keep people out. Now if he's just being an all out penis with multiple counts of jumping in your base and -outing or saying yes it then doing -out after x amount of time then yes he should have a 1 or 2 week ban as punishment. But the best things you can do are -claim and make sure you know the guy you base with or at least -claim it first lol.

Actually the site you used I can not view the video on so I'm not saying who had the claim. What I am saying is that you should make sure you have claimed and don't release till you're done.

if he outs you from your base it's your own fault for not claiming it before him. This Ban request will not be approved. Just w8ing for the Root admins to close down this one.

it can be further discussed if it's alright that these Trolls can go and do this or not. For now The Root admins have decided that it's not a violation to any rules because you can prevent it.

No claiming then using the -out (color) command when the user has already been well established in a base before you came in

As this is against the rules this will be a temp ban for 1 week.

So, as Map_Hack said, it's was not banable. And it's still not bannable. You guys are misunderstanding a point here.

The fact is, Anonymou_s explained it like 3 times in 2 post which were made like 6 month ago, and plus, it was " Raymont " the one who made those, and for the same reason as gemesies ( someone outed him a couple of times from his lumber base, which he hadn't claimed, and was requesting a ban ). So, Anonymou_s explained to Raymont, that it wasn't banable, cause it was it's own fault to make a lumber base without claiming it, in the first place. The " claim and out " system was made to prevent that kind of things you know ? So if you don't use it as it is, it will be your own fault if someone out you, like out of the blue, from your lumber base, to make his. Even if you think that's unfair or mean, still your fault to not claiming it hu hu

B.U.T, if someone is outing you from all your lumber base on PURPOSE, ( like 2 or 4 times in a raw ), that is considered as trolling and that is banable. By that, I mean that the troller is running around the map trying to do nothing more than claiming all your new lumber base to out you on PURPOSE.

As a friend of gemesies, I would say that Raymont overdid it by waiting for gemesies to be fully installed before outing him. If Raymont really wanted that base he should have warned him that he already claimed it, and that it was HIS base. Then outed gemesies straight. Not 10mins later or whatever...

As a moderator, I would say that gemesies took the risk of building in a place he couldn't claim. So it's kinda his own fault for not checking it out. 
Still, Raymont trolled him in my opinion by waiting for him to be fully installed before outing gemesies.
And as psysocpe said, it's not the first time Raymont did that kind of things. 
So, the next time I see him doing that kind of things, I will give him a 5 days ban, or something like that ( if he waits again before outing, not if he use the " out " command properly of course )

yea just like what apple sempai said! A few games ago i was human with a tier 2 and psy and gts were vamping. there was another player that was blue and psy destroyed his base with the tier 2 (thanks for feeding   ). anyways

he thought that I had something to do with whatever happened so he came to my base, claimed it (i kinda forgot to claim it cause it was like the third base i used) and outed me with my like 600 gold mines and tier 2 and stuff. i told psy about it and he banned him for 2 weeks. so if the claim and out happens after like a tier 1 or 2 or whenever someone has a developed base without a good reason, it is bannable.

Well what ever anyone says, even Anonymou_s, The rule is in the Official rules, If anon wants to say it upfront to me he can. But at this time i have heard him say it before. But this is in the rulebook of the game that you shoulden't do it to an established base.

yea even though leo is being freaking crazy right now, he has a point. How do we determine what a good base is? like maybe the base before the 6:06 mark? i mean like at the 3 min mark if u have full peasants and someone purposely goes out of their way to out ur workers, thats just super mean. Also, a lot of the games i play i feel like there are not a lot of people with commands. I mean there are enough mods and admins on, but whenever i play (if they ever get on) they always play at the same time, so like 4 mods or admins per game, and whenever i play at night, there are never any for about 4 hours. Im just saying that we need to better enforce these trollers. (now that im rereading this it seems like i want commands.... "ofc i do but not now ". I nominate someone with more games and experience than me who plays fairly like clemone or abs. just something  cause i know they both play a lot  this is a really long reply....

Actually if you look at the replay he was on slayers vault.

There are plenty of RotD bot admins and root admins, but even that wont permanently solve the issue since most bans are 1 to 2 weeks. But it's a start.

Actually Raymont aka Angerfirst, claims the base, but he doesn't build a single building on it till the 6 minute mark.  Then will proceed to kick every person who builds on it. No warning he has just outed everyone, whether 1 min, 2 min, 3 min or 6 min.  I've seen him do it three times. Oh, and after watching him, noobs now follow his lead, and will out a person out of base they don't plan on building a single building in it till later.  This way the vamp sees no one is in it, and they don't have to defend it early.
