wierd glitches

hey its xutopia. 
so today i was playing a few vamp ultra games as always, when i noticed something really wierd. When the game was about full just missing 1 person, everytime a person would join, someone else would get mysteriously kicked (even if ping was low). it also happened to me. Also, when I would try to join the vamp ultra game, it would always say the game u entered isnt there (i know how ping can affect this but i tried like 20 times and it didnt work and i eventually gave up even though i am pretty sure it was the right game cause i kept refreshing and double clicking). anyways idk if this just happens to me or what.

It's possible if a moderator or an admin try to join, or if a moderator/admin used the command " !hold ( name ) ". 

For example : 

I'm in the Vamp Ultra Lobby and one of my mate ( I will pick Clemone for the example ), wants to join, but the lobby is already full. I will do !hold Clemone. Then, he will succeed to enter into the lobby thakns to the !hold command. But someone will be randomly kicked in order to free a slot for him. In that case, the player who will be kicked out, will be the one on the red slot.
And If I'm not wrong, I remember that you kinda like to be red
