Ban request - IDPB

Your War3 Name: Dongles20
Their War3 Name: IDPB
Why do you want to ban them: He began constantly claiming my bases shortly after I claimed the base to the left of spawn (he literally just got there as I did). After I managed to gain a permanently claimed base he began filling my base up with s***, at the end of it there wasn't much point since the -out command glitched and there was no way to repair my wall with houses built in front of it. Whilst I do admit taking his base was a bit unfair, however he had barely anything there, and normally at the start if u see that someone else has claimed it you move on.
Your opinion of the time they should be banned for: (optional) I recommend about a week, though if the ban goes through I'll leave the decision to someone else.
Evidence (Minimum 2 screenshots, a replay is optional)

It's not because of the new version that you can't out someone when a vamp is hitting your wall.

Must not have noticed, but I've played since 1.76D, on and off of course. Though I do recall players using out around the 1.82 versions once the wall falls to stop the vamps from feeding.
