This guy was constantly spamming the chat after he died. It went on for over 10 minutes... We tried votekick but one of the players wouldn't  vote..

Although it is annoying its not bannable. You can however use a Warcraft III feature called squelch. Simply type /squelch name and you will no longer see any chat from him.
